Our Terms & Conditions
We understand that sometimes things come up and plans may need to change. However, to ensure we can accommodate all our clients, we ask for the following policies:
Cancellations and Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be accepted, and the full payment will be charged.
Lateness: We allow a 10-minute grace period for lateness. However, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your treatment will be shortened, but the full price will still be charged.
Inappropriate Behaviour: I have the right to terminate any treatment immediately if a client demonstrates inappropriate behavior. The full treatment fee will be charged if more than 10 minutes of the session has been completed.
Consultation Form:
All clients must complete a consultation form prior to receiving treatments. Consultation Forms and treatment notes will be kept on file, securely by VALER Massage Therapy. Personal information will not be shared with any third parties.
